Paiche is one of the favorite fish to cook different kinds of dishes. So that, It is popular from all over the country, specially in the jungle. To be honest, I have tasted many types of fish but paiche is just something else. It is delicious. My family really loves paiche, that's why my dad is always looking for recipes so he can cook for my mom, my sister and me. My favorite dish made by paiche is chicharron de paiche, but there are other options you can try if you are considering it after reading my blog. In the next image I'll be introducing you into other dishes that have paiche as their main ingredient. 

My eating habits

First of all, I have to say that I don't have the perfect diet or even healthy eathing habits. But I'm trying to change that. So, for breakfast, I usually have bread with jelly, avocado, chicken, cheese and so on. I also have  orange juice or milk. Sometimes I drink coffee in the morning due to it makes me feel energical and that's ideal for my classes. 

For lunch, my mom always makes soups and some dish made by chicken due to I don't really like fish or beef at all. My favorite dish for lunch is macaroni with cheese. Additionally I drink passion fruit or barley soda. 

Finally, for dinner I am so used to eat junk food. Roasted chicken is my favorite, then I can eat salchipapas or meat brochette. For the drink, I prefer coca cola or guaraná.
